Shipping, Delivery & Returns Information:
The Collectors Lot Store can deliver to virtually any address
in the world. Below is how we apply delivery charges and how long your order
will take to reach you:
UK / International Dispatch Information
Many items in our store are in stock and available for dispatch as soon as we
receive your order. If you place an order containing Film Cells Or Repro Posters,
we may not be able to dispatch your entire order immediately or it may be necessary
to split your order and deliver certain out of stock items at a later date.
Sometimes it may be necessary to split your order due to weight restrictions
or packaging format such as an order for books and rolled posters. The books
would be boxed and the posters sent in a tube.
Orders that are received and processed before noon GMT Monday to Friday are
generally shipped within 2 to 5 business days and will then be subject to the
specified delivery times listed below, usually from 5 – 28 days. Please
allow an extra business day for orders received and processed after noon or
over the weekend.
SHIPPING
Shipping is worked out by each products weight the total is calculated to give
shipping costs of the items purchased. Packaging is included.
When ordering individual items from the store you should always select your
country/region from the options list during checkout. For ease of use we have
divided up our postage groups into 3 main country areas. UK - Europe –
USA, Canada, Australia and the rest of the world. If you are unsure please use
the listing below to decide which group you should use.

• All UK orders are dispatched by First Class GPO postal Services. There
are two choices:
• UK rates - Signed for (Insured to £28)
• Royal Mail Special Delivery - Urgent or higher value (insured up to
£500)
• All International orders are dispatched by AIR MAIL only. There are
two choices:
• Non – Insured (for Europe or US, Canada, Australia and rest of
the world)
• Signed for (Insured to £500) Covers both Europe and USA etc
• Note: Please also view our payment terms under Conditions of Use .
PLEASE NOTE: Insurance is optional
but we do not accept responsibility for uninsured items once they leave us.
This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to
you upon our delivery to the carrier / postal service.

Important Customs Information
Customs forms for all international packages list the value of your order's contents as well as a description of the items.
For example:
Books value: £29.95
Posters value: £180.00
Film Cell value: £59.95
Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

RETURNS POLICY
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we give an
unconditional guarantee that we will exchange goods or refund your money at any
time. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
At The Collectors Lot we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us.
Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items, so below is our returns
policy. To return an item, returns code must be obtained (note : no action will
be taken on goods returned without this). Please use our Contact
Us to obtain a return code. Please enclose a note giving the reason for the
return, wrap the package securely and send the package to our Address. In the
case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and
return the defective item in its original box, with all certificates and accessories
where applicable. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery
service.
The maximum postage refunded for any item returned will be £2 and this will
apply only to faulty goods.
Please note that our returns policy is only valid for 7 days from receipt of goods.
Please remember to check with us and obtain your returns code before sending any
packages back.
